We had the pleasure of visiting one of our great customers Alex, who owns and runs The Don Barbershop. We talked about how the pandemic has affected him. Watch the interview!

The pandemic was tough for Alex at The Don Barbershop. From being in growth and enjoying a tailwind, everything shut down and he lost a large part of his customers. Thanks to regular customers and a business loan from Qred, he was able to stay open and now business is booming again.

Alex has always believed that if you're going to do something, you should be the best at it. That's why he chose to train with some of the best in the world. Now he's doing everything he can to make his life as a father and entrepreneur work. It's not all easy, but being on your own comes with both pros and cons, according to Alex.

I am the only one affected by how much I work. How good a job I do. So it's very clear how good I am at what I do, especially after the restrictions were lifted and I saw all the old regulars coming back," says Alex "The Don".

While I and my colleague Niclas are there, who is the more hairy and bearded of the two of us and therefore sits in the chair, one after the other comes in and says hello. It is clear that "The Don" has many regular customers. Some just pop their heads in to chat and exchange a few sentences, others book new appointments and some come in for a haircut.
