Qred proposes Caroline Farberger as new board member

Stockholm, May 2, 2023 - Qred proposes Caroline Farberger as a new board member ahead of the Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2023.

Qred, the fastest growing fintech company in Sweden according to the Financial Times, is the leading financing platform for small businesses in 6 markets in the Nordics and Benelux. Now Caroline Farberger is elected to the board.

Caroline Farberger has more than 25 years of experience from the financial industry, including from ICA, where she started and built the group's insurance operations. In addition to this, Caroline has extensive experience from, among others, Trygg-Hansa and McKinsey, as well as from being a board member in Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, Erik Penser Bank and Wellstreet among others.

Caroline is a prominent advocate for diversity and inclusive leadership, qualities that Qred values highly.

Caroline is proposed to be elected as a board member on the board of Qred Holding AB (publ) during the Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2023.
