Where can I find my PIN?

You can see your PIN in the app by:

- Open the Qred app. The app is available for download in the Appstore or on Google Play.

- Identify with BankID

- Go to the short side

- Click on the card 

- Click on show your PIN

How do I use my card safely?

Here are some tips for using your card safely:

  • Don't reveal your PIN to anyone
  • Don't take notes on or adjacent to your credit card
  • If you suspect that someone has obtained your PIN or someone unauthorized has used your card, report it immediately to Qred Customer Service.
  • Do not share card details with a point of sale whose reliability is suspicious 
  • Avoid using unknown computers or software for online purchases
  • Make sure you keep track of your card's transaction history to make sure everything is right
  • Only accept the transactions you recognize, regarding the others you will contact us
  • Use restricted access to e-wallet with PIN, password, or other additional security solution. 
  • Don't forget to block the card if you've lost it

Below you will find the most common questions about what to do if someone has used your card or got hold of your PIN:

I've lost my card. What do I do now?

In order for no unauthorized person to use your card, it is important that you block the card in the app and contact our customer service(020-150 333)to order a new card.

I can't find my card, but I'm not sure I've lost it. What should I do?

To be really sure, it is good to block the card. In Qred's app, you can block the card for a limited time, which can give you time to find the card. To do this, go to "Card Settings" and then "Block Cards". This blockage can be unblocked in case you find your card. 

However, if you cannot find your card, please call Qred's customer service(020-150 333)to order a new card and thus block your old card permanently.

How do I block my card?

Follow these steps:

  • Open Qred's app
  • Identify yourself
  • Go to the Cards screen
  • Click Change Card Settings
  • Click Block Card
  • Activate block of card
  • Confirm

Note! The blocking in the app is onlytemporary and you need to call Qred Kuntjänst(020-150 333)to block your card permanently as well as order a new card.

How long before my card gets blocked?

Once you have confirmed, your card will be blocked immediately.

How do I make an unauthorized transaction a complaint?

To claim an unauthorized transaction, use this form. Remember to block your Qred card if you suspect that someone unauthorized has used it or gained access to the card details.

How do I change my PIN?

Right now, you can't change your PIN. If you think someone else has taken part of your PIN, it is important that you contact us to block your card.
