- Open the Qred app. The app is available for download in the Appstore or on Google Play.
- Identify with BankID
- Go to the short side
- Click on the card
- Click on show your PIN

Below you will find the most common questions about what to do if someone has used your card or got hold of your PIN:
In order for no unauthorized person to use your card, it is important that you block the card in the app and contact our customer service(020-150 333)to order a new card.
To be really sure, it is good to block the card. In Qred's app, you can block the card for a limited time, which can give you time to find the card. To do this, go to "Card Settings" and then "Block Cards". This blockage can be unblocked in case you find your card.
However, if you cannot find your card, please call Qred's customer service(020-150 333)to order a new card and thus block your old card permanently.
