A word from the CEO
Every business needs a little extra help from time to time. It could be a loan for expansion, a credit card to manage day-to-day business expenses or invoicing services to free up capital before the end of the month. We want it to be easy, fast and secure to access the right type of business finance. That's why we started Qred in 2015. Now, several years later, we've expanded into multiple markets with an even sharper and broader product offering of services that give small business owners the chance to access the same financing as larger companies.
For four years in a row (2020 - 2023), we have been named one of Sweden's fastest growing companies by the Financial Times. To date, we have issued more than SEK 10 billion in loans to the smallest companies. This is money that comes in handy - many of our customers are often without traditional bank financing, even though they are run by careful and skilled entrepreneurs.
Qred offers loans, credit cards and invoicing services to small businesses in the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Belgium and Brazil. Our business loans are aimed at the smallest businesses where funds are most needed and the amounts are relatively small (up to SEK 2 million), and the loans are normally repaid within 24 months. By limiting loan amounts and credit periods, we keep the risk down, while helping even more small businesses.
Qred VISA, our own credit card, is the first of its kind, designed specifically for small businesses. The card is free of charge and the credit limit is set specifically for each applicant business. The Qred VISA can also be used to pay business invoices.
Thanks to our access to data combined with our unique scoring model, we are well placed to understand and manage credit risk in our business. Our large and diversified customer base reduces the risk of large swings in the business. Our digital and automated systems are fully scalable, providing significant economies of scale. All this has led to very strong growth combined with good profitability. We look forward to helping even more small business owners both in Sweden and abroad for many years to come.
Welcome to Qred!
