How do I protect myself against fraud?

At Qred, we can contact our customers by phone on 08-474 4662 or 020-150 333 as well as via e-mail or secure messaging. If you suspect phishing, phone fraud or SMS fraud, we encourage you to contact customer service to check.

Please note that Qred will never ask you to initiate Bank ID or sign transactions.

If you have been called and are unsure, please hang up and call us on 08-474 4662 which is our official number.

Sweden's telecom operators have now set up a common SMS number to which subscribers can report suspected scam text messages: 7726.

How to forward text messages
If you have an iPhone, tap and hold the message, select "More" from the menu that pops up, and then click the arrow in the bottom right corner to forward. You can also copy the text and forward it in a text message. On an Android phone, go to the text message, click on the three dots in the top right corner and select forward in a new text message.
