Do I need Qred's app?

If you have a Qred credit card, you'll need the app to manage its settings. This is where you activate your card, can temporarily block the card, view your transaction history and much more.

The app is available for download in the Appstore or on Google Play.

Do I need the card to use the Qred app?

Yes, you activate the card through the qred app.

Does the app cost anything?

No, Qred's app is completely free of charge.

Do I need BankID to use the app?

Yes, you need BankID to verify your identity and to log in.

Do I need to connect my bank account to the app?

No, you don't need to connect your bank account to either the Qred card or the app.

Do I need a business to get the app?

No, but in order to apply for a card and use the card, you need a company.

How do I download Qred's app?

Qred's app is available to download in the App Store or on Google Play.

How do I connect my Qred card to the app?

You need your card to connect with the app. Once you have your card, tap "Activate my card" in the app and enter the last four digits of the card number.

Can I set a limit on how much I can spend?

Yes, you can put a 24-hour restriction in the app. For example, if you have set a limit of 10 000 SEK, you can carry out any number of transactions during that 24 hours as long as their value together does not exceed 10 000 SEK.

Can I have multiple users for the same app?

Right now, you can only have one user per app and card.

Can I see my other engagements and cases at Qred in the app?

Today, you can see and handle cases related to the card. In the future, more features will be added.
