I've lost my card. What do I do now?
In order for no unauthorized person to use your card, it is important that you block the card in the app and contact our customer service(020-150 333)to order a new card.
My QredScam SMS messages have been sent out in the name of Qred. If you receive a suspicious message, do not act on the content and do not share your personal data, login details, codes or BankID. Please report the scam SMS by forwarding the message to 7726.
My QredRight now, BankID is experiencing major disruptions and it may therefore be problematic to log in to the app. Please try again later.
