I can't find my card, but I'm not sure I've lost it. What should I do?
To be safe before the uncertain, it is good to block the card. In Qred's app, you can block the card for a limited time, which can give you time to find the card. To do this, go to "Card Settings" and then "Block Cards". This blockage can be unblocked in case you find your card.
However, if you cannot find your card, please call Qred's customer service(020-150 333)to order a new card and thus block your old card permanently.
