How can we help?
Does Apple Pay require internet connection?
It depends.
If you pay in a store, then no. Payments are using contactless reader technology, which doesn’t rely on having internet access.
If you want to pay in an app or a website, then yes.
Does Apple Pay have a limit?
The limit for Apple Pay is the same as for your card.
Example: If your Qred Visa has a credit limit of 5000, the limit for Apple Pay is 5000 as well.
What does “default card” mean?
The default card is the card that is primarily chosen when you pay.
A default card is device specific and the first card you add to Apple Pay will become your default card automatically. Your iPhone and Apple watch can therefore have different default cards.
How can I change my default card on Apple Pay?
To change which card is chosen as default, follow these steps in the following order:
- For iPhone or iPad: Go to settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Default Card. Once in this menu, you can select your new default card.
- For Apple Watch: Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. Then, follow these steps: Watch > Wallet & Apple Pay > Default card. Once in this menu, you can select your new default card.
I have more than one card attached to my Apple Pay, can I pay with both?
Absolutely, just follow these steps to select the card you want to pay with:
- iPhone with Face ID: Double-click on the right side button and wait until you see your default card. When you see it, tap the default card. You should then be able see all the cards that have been added to your Apple Wallet. Tap the card you want to pay with to select it. Then just look at the iPhone to identify yourself and after that, hold the iPhone close to the card terminal.
- iPhone with Touch ID: Hold your device close to the card terminal without touching your finger on the Touch ID button. Once you see your default card, you should tap that card to view all cards in your Apple Wallet. Tap the card of your choosing to select it. Once the card has been changed, you place your finger on Touch ID to pay.
- Apple Watch: Double-click on the Apple Watch’s side button and wait until you see your default card. Then, swipe left or right to select another card. Once the card of your choice is selected, you pay by holding your Apple Watch near the card terminal.
Am I able to use Apple Pay for multiple cards?
Yes, you can add multiple different cards.
Apple Pay and Apple Wallet - what’s the difference between?
Apple Wallet is a digital wallet. It allows you to download and manage purchases, travel cards, tickets, keys and personal ID documents.
Apple Pay is a payment service which allows you to make purchases on websites, in apps and stores with your iOS device.
What devices can I use Apple Pay on?
You can use Apple Pay with devices running iOS 11 or later and which have Face ID or Touch ID. Apple Watch also supports Apple Pay.

Yes, you are always able to use both.

No, Apple Pay is free to use.

- Open the Apple Wallet app and press the plus sign in the upper right corner.
- Select “Add Credit or Debit Card”
- Choose whether to scan your card or insert the card information manually.
- Read trough and accept the terms, then verify.
- The card is now connected!
How can I add my Qred Visa to Apple Pay on Apple Watch via Apple Wallet?
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
- Click “My Watch” and then “Wallet and Apple Pay”.
- Select “Add Credit or Debit Card” and click "Continue".
- Choose whether to scan your card or insert the card information manually.
- Read trough and accept the terms, then verify.
- The card is now connected!
